I’m Mom to two awesome young men. I have an adopted cat who is a Maine Coon, and has my 💜. I have two grand-pups that I “babysit” from time to time. I advocate to keep America’s wild horses free and wild, and I really love all animals. I like to garden and grow fruits and vegetables for the family and neighbors. My little, small-town homestead! 😊 I love traveling and seeing new places. I have a hard time choosing the ocean or the mountains! And I’m an avid reader, if I have the downtime! I’m glad you found my online community! I look forward to getting to know you!
A few years ago, I began noticing unwelcome changes with my skin and hair.
I wasn’t sleeping well.
My mood was in a constant state of flux, and I seemed to be walking around in a fog all day.
I didn’t know what was happening, least of all how to fix it!
I went on a journey to learn what was happening and how I could fix it and get my life back.
I want to share what I learned with other women so they can experience the same relief!
